Jack in Box recently intruduced their new Mini Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwiches. Here's a brief review.

In my college years I used to work at a local coffee shop. What was most amzing to me, was the customer's enthusiasm for espresso. I was allowed to try all the products myself, and thought capuccino was, for instance, a much better choice. However, I had hundreds of customers complaining about it, while they almost always seem satisfied with that bitter espresso.

A real must-know for every housewife :)

Pastry:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
180g cold butter, in cubes
2 large egg yolks mixed with 3 tablespoons water

Filling:
1kg blackberries
1kg apples, peeled and sliced into small pieces
110g cup sugar
40g flour
1 large egg, mixed with 1 tablespoon water
A little extra sprinkle of sugar on top
